Housetalk is here, and we are inviting the first collaborators
We are opening early access to board members and residents of selected residential buildings in Stockholm, Sweden. If you want to help shape the future of shared building management, we would love to work with you.

What is Housetalk
Housetalk is a platform for managing shared residential buildings. It brings building operations, decisions, documentation, and discussions into one shared space.
The goal is to reduce the everyday friction of building management: long email threads, scattered documents, and lost context when members change. We do not want to replace the tools you already use, rather complement them by handling the manual work happening in between.
Housetalk also supports AI-native features such as meeting minute summaries, automatic maintenance request labeling, and even the ability to answer questions residents have about their apartment or building.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for board members who want to take part in an early trial and actively shape the product. People who are curious, open to new ways of working, and willing to try Housetalk in their day-to-day building management.
Early collaborators will use the product in real situations, share feedback, report issues, and help us understand what works and what does not. We are especially interested in people who want building management to be clearer, simpler, and less time-consuming.
What early access includes
- Private onboarding with the Housetalk team.
- Direct input on features, workflows, and product priorities
- Early access to new features before public release
- Free access during the development period, with a discounted early access price at launch
